KAOS Services Group delivers specialist trade solutions to protect uptime and operational safety — with a standard of service that stays consistent, job after job.

We're not in the service business. We're in the stress-management business.

How KAOS Started

KAOS began in 2001 as Kitchen Appliance Organised Service, built to fill a clear gap in the market: Honesty. Reliability. A focus on a wider breadth of equipment.

The reputation was simple: When no one else can fix it, call KAOS — they'll get it done.

Taking the Wheel

In 2018, Chris took over KAOS out of loyalty to its legacy. Then COVID hit. Hard.

With most of Victorian hospitality shut almost overnight, we had to take a real look at the future. That season taught us something that matters to every service-based SME: When the odds stack up, smart expansion and multiple income streams aren't optional — they're survival.

From that moment, KAOS evolved into KAOS Services Group: broader capability, stronger systems, and a clear purpose.

We support commercial and industrial operations across Victoria, with a core focus on uptime-first service.

That means: Clear, respectful communication. Consistent checklists, training, and job standards. Quality parts and correct testing. Clean work and care on site. Practical reporting customers can actually use.

We strongly prefer genuine OEM parts, unless supply makes that impossible — and we'll tell you when that's the case.

This is also how we solve the biggest complaint customers have about the industry: service starts strong… then slips. Our systems are built to keep standards consistent no matter which technician attends.

We focus on protecting uptime and operational safety.
RunSure is our trademarked preventative maintenance program designed to eradicate equipment breakdowns. Built from over two decades of tracking what fails and why, RunSure uses QR-coded equipment, structured inspections, and proactive parts replacement to prevent breakdowns before they happen. Our customers see an average 95% drop in unplanned breakdowns.
Not yet — we currently focus on commercial and industrial operations. Domestic work is a future chapter for KAOS.
We service Victoria-wide. Melbourne metro and the Mornington Peninsula are covered regularly. Regional areas are scheduled by appointment. Travel charges apply outside 45km of our Oakleigh office. Installation services are available in Victoria Region only.
Yes, we provide 24/7 emergency support via our on-call roster. If you're on a RunSure program, your response priority is built into the system. We're available Monday to Friday 7:30am–3:30pm for standard service, with after-hours emergency support available.
We're official service partners with UNOX Australia (Gold Service Partners), Nutrifaster, Sammic Australia, Middleby Australia, DEMA Australia, Agar Cleaning Systems, and Cleaner Future. We service a wide range of commercial equipment brands and strongly prefer using genuine OEM parts.
